At shareQ, we empower the people who inspire us the most, the Persons with Disabilities by helping them find the perfect job and by training companies on becoming more Inclusive. This is the Culture we practice and live by!
At the end of the day, every single human has his/her own shares of disabilities that are hidden daily; the fears, anxieties, insecurities, etc. are all forms of hidden disabilities that go beyond physicality. On the flip side, a Person with a l Disability is consciously reminded of a limitation that redirects his/her potential. And this is where shareQ taps to fulfill this potential; because at shareQ, we do not promote pity, we promote Potential. Our mantra is no pity, find Potential, and practice empathy and this is what we promote every single day.
