The English Trainer will deliver a holistic training containing all tools and skills that the beneficiaries might require to enhance their spoken, written and read English language. 

Summary

shareQ is seeking experienced and dedicated English Trainer to provide training sessions on English for business, increase the beneficiaries’ professional knowledge and capacities in order to communicate in the job market.

Responsibilities and main duties:

  • Evaluate the level of each candidate pre-training
  • Tracking and monitoring grades and progress 
  • Providing regular support for beneficiaries taking the training.
  • Can enhance or update training content, tailored to the specific needs of our beneficiaries, for each application mentioned above.
  • Deliver training content using proven teaching techniques.
  • Preparing reports of the trainings.

Job qualifications:

  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience as an English Trainer or English Teacher/Tutor, or any other relevant position.
  • Proficiency in teaching techniques and participative learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language. 
  • Previous experience in training for youth is a plus
