The empowerment session is intended to be a holistic and uplifting experience for individuals with disabilities.

shareQ is seeking a qualified and compassionate facilitator to conduct an impactful session that aims to empower persons with disabilities by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to transition from feeling like victims of circumstance to becoming actors in their lives.

The session will cover various aspects, including:

• Self-empowerment: Encouraging participants to recognize their strengths and potential, building confidence and self-belief.
• Overcoming challenges: Providing strategies to address and overcome obstacles that they might encounter in their personal and professional lives.
• Goal setting: Assisting participants in setting clear and achievable goals to enhance their quality of life and pursue their dreams.
• Adaptive mindset: Cultivating an adaptive and resilient mindset, enabling them to navigate through life's ups and downs with determination.

The selected facilitator will be responsible for the following tasks during the empowerment session:

• Enhancing and updating the session to be engaging, informative, and relevant to the needs of the participants.
• Delivering the session in an inclusive, empathetic, and empowering manner.
• Providing interactive activities and exercises that promote self-reflection and personal growth.
• Offering practical tools and strategies that participants can implement in their daily lives.

To be eligible for this tender, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of Masters degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in conducting empowerment or motivational sessions for persons with disabilities.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by persons with disabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of empowerment strategies and techniques tailored to the unique needs of people with disabilities.

The facilitator for the session should possess the following competencies:

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish a connection with participants and create a supportive atmosphere.
• Mission-driven and passionate about empowering persons with disabilities to take control of their lives.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to guide and inspire others to make positive changes.
• Sensitivity to diverse needs and experiences within the disability community.
